Blog Update of Sorts

I wanted to update on some things for those who may or may not care about some of the blog projects that I’ve been working on that have been ongoing for a while, but haven’t yet been finished.

As you should already be well aware, DAY6 is one of my top groups and I have been devoting a lot of my resources to that. Even though I haven’t liked them as long as a group like 2PM, they have far surpassed any other group. Devoting time to projects that not only involve them, but allow me to go through content I haven’t been able to watch yet has been a fun pastime and a welcome distraction with everything that has been going on. I have actually been working on some things that will be reflected on the blog. I’ve been wanting to do more pages that serve as an aid for anyone trying to information on DAY6. Much like my Flavor Profile blog posts, these pages would be concentrated information that you don’t have to hunt down, they are just all in one place, and a lot more content than I would do for a single post.

I started this with my Wonpilaylist page, where I have lists of all of his playlists he’s done on VLIVE as well as links to them and a Spotify playlist to listen to. I’ve also been working on an additional playlist page for the other members. They haven’t done as much as Wonpil, but in the very beginning of starting their VLIVE page, they had a ‘free radio’ series where they would post song recommendations. With specific members posting solo VLIVES from time to time, and articles that they’ve talked about song recommendations, there is quite a bit to compile. I’ve been working on this for a while, but I’ve been also using it as an excuse to actually watch those videos, so it’s been rather slow.

In light of everything that’s been going on I feel the want to hurry up on those things, and really devote a lot more time to them although they still will take some time. Today I finally created a page that had been planned for a while with playlists of the individual member’s solo work. I hope to keep up with that fairly regularly, and I may expand upon it to other group activities that are outside of the official DAY6 content sources. I’m hoping to pick back up on speed especially now that I do have some free time. I do realize there are a lot of really great MyDays who’ve been around from the beginning and have some of these sources as well, so I urge you to head to them to look for things. I just want to add my share of helpful information to direct new people to the group.

I know to the majority of you this update is something you don’t have any care about. Or maybe it’s that you don’t understand why I’d spend so much of my free time on a random group, and that’s fine. But for those of you that maybe have found my site via my already uploaded content, or from my twitter, I hope that you will stick around for some of those other projects to happen. This site will never strictly be a DAY6 fan account, but it will focus on that more than some of my other favorites.
